Through your experimentation, we learned what you loved—and even more importantly, what you did not. Watching the screen recordings you sent me to review was thrilling in the worst way. Things we thought were super intuitive turned out not to be, and features we added as “little extras” made huge differences.

The inherent challenge: To get agents using the app, we needed to make it as fast as possible to build a credible business plan.
